What we do
We are a Sarawak company working in resource recovery, waste management, biotechnology and sustainable agriculture. We see manure, food scraps and garden trimmings for what they are: nutrients, protein and organic matter in the wrong place.
The problem
Unmanaged organic waste costs more than space.
Left untreated, organic waste harms land, water, air and people, and wastes the nutrients it contains.
Soil and water contamination
Nutrient and pathogen runoff seeps into groundwater and rivers.
Greenhouse gas emissions
Decomposing waste releases methane (CH₄) and ammonia (NH₃).
Public health risks
Flies, odour and vector breeding affect nearby communities.
Fire risk
Dry landscape waste can ignite during dry spells.
Lost nutrients
Valuable organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus go to waste.

Organic waste
Poultry manure, food waste and green landscape waste arrive at the Hub.

Black Soldier Fly larvae feed on the organic waste; carbon-rich green waste feeds the compost.

Larvae become insect protein; their frass joins manure and green waste in aerobic composting.

A purpose-built, integrated bio-conversion facility on about half a hectare. It combines automated multi-layer vertical larvae rearing with industrial compost fermentation troughs.
